Troncs Transport Solutions opens new depot in Toowoomba

Strategically located on the heavy transport corridor, Troncs Transport Solutions opened the new facility at 27 Heinemann Road on the 17th of September 2007.
Situated on 10 acres of land with 6 acres having been developed in phase one, the purpose built 2000 m2 facility features 1324 m2 of workshop including a full trailer spray bake oven and two, twenty five metre service pits. The site is home to more than 80 staff, 51 prime movers and 110 trailers.
Toowoomba is a pivotal centre for Troncs Transport Solutions as it services inland Queensland west to Roma, north to the coalfields of central Queensland and south to Narrabri in northern New South Wales with containers, groceries and specialised transport needs. In addition our Interstate fleet is managed and operated from this site, where we provide daily services to Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide with a fleet of 20 refrigerated vans.
Troncs Transport Solutions acquires Transport North
Troncs Transport Solutions are delighted to announce the acquisition of Transport North, incorporating Bethels Transport and Cooktown Overnight Express, and compliments a broader range of services to the far north. We now offer general freight to Normanton and Karumba three times a week as well as general, chiller and freezer deliveries four times weekly north to Cooktown and twice weekly west to Karumba.
Transport North have a proud history of servicing these remote communities and Troncs will strive to carry on this reputation, while ever expanding services to the remote communities of the north.
