Troncs Transport Solutions ("Troncs") has been providing transport and distribution solutions since 1979. The business was commenced principally as an interstate operation, however in the late 1980’s, a change of focus to the South East Queensland area occurred. Since that time, Troncs has serviced many clients, in the Darling Downs and Brisbane regions, with some clients being with us for in excess of 15 years.
Today, the business employs over 350 people and has a number of divisions servicing customers daily from Cooktown in the north to Melbourne in the south and is committed to superior customer service.
We understand the importance of safety in the provision of our services and we have made it a priority to provide safe, efficient services at a fair price. We use satellite tracking in a large number of our fleet as a benefit for our driver and the customer, as well as discharging our responsibilities under relevant legislation.
Troncs are one of the larger transport operators in the Queensland. The development of Troncs has expanded to the point where we now have a transport fleet in excess of 200 prime movers and 430 trailers.
Currently, we have a number of divisions:
- Container handling
- Warehousing
- Cold storage and Local Distribution
- Refrigerated intra and interstate linehaul
- Sugar transportation
